A distracted driver crashed into my car, dent the door and completely shattered my passenger side mirror. Got everything fixed, quickly and beautifully. 100% recommend!

I came into the shop in January 2024. The front right fender had some minor damage along with alignment and under trim needing to be replaced. I was informed that the front bumper also needed to be replaced and strut. I didn’t understand the strut, as it wasn’t a problem before, but I trusted them. They held my car for six months claiming they couldn’t move it into the shop to fix the problems. We found out later that there was some unrelated engine problems. But finally after six months they claimed to have fixed the body issues and moved the car to a mechanic shop that said they couldn’t move fix the mechanical problem. After ten months in that shop I finally get the car back. The car had to be fixed by another shop. (Different review). I was washing my car and noticed the bumper was falling off. Why was my bumper falling off if you were meant to replace that part? Can you explain to me why the bumper you said I needed isn’t even seated properly? I’d like some answers especially for the price I paid for it.

Maybe it’s because I am a girl and don’t know nothing about cars, but ever since I got my car back I’ve noticed that the job they did was not good enough I got pieces missing from my car that I had before that they never put back. I have tried contacting them many times, but in order for them to listen you’ll have to contact your insurance so they can be aware of the situation. The insurance said they’ll contact me about my problem and I never ever got a call from them. If you ever come here and you’re a girl please bring someone that knows about cars with you or you’ll be going through what I’m going through. So unprofessional! Also, my hood is not on right and when driving it, the hood lifts up! I have told them about this and they never responded back, I called the representative and I asked to leave a message and they said, “not at the moment.”

I usually never do reviews but this one is needed. I would go with no stars if I could. So my truck was towed in to their shop for damage from a deer. They started on it pretty quick at first and got the estimate done. Had finished repairs within 2 weeks or so. Pick up my truck then noticed later that paint was runny in couple spots then there was still a small dent. Brought it back and they said they would take care of it. Called me back and said it was finished. Pick up truck once again then few days later goin down the highway the plastic rail piece that goes on side of bed flew off and they had double sided tape underneath it. They had broke the clips and figured tape would hold it and also my taillight was loose. They ordered part and replaced it. I was also lied to by them when I asked if they were charging insurance for their mess ups. Ended up finding out that they did charge insurance again. No quality control and bunch of crooked people. Definitely don’t recommend anyone taking a vehicle there.

Brought in my car for hail damage repair, and they did a great job removing the dents and had my car finished within a little over a week. HOWEVER, they lazily threw the liner, plastic pieces, and liner clips back into the hood of my car (picture 1) without properly putting it back together. Along with leaving my wiper fluid hose detached (picture 2). I had just driven 14 hours straight to and from Tennessee and it's a MIRACLE nothing got caught in the fan, belts, or even caught on fire with these extreme temperatures. There are still 5 hood liner clips missing that could be flopping anywhere within the hood, one being found in the engine bay (picture 3).
